1. When will my cookies be delivered?

2. I’m going on vacation; will my cookies be delivered in time?
We bake and ship our cookies fresh and daily. To ensure the best quality, we recommend waiting for the next cookie drop if you're unsure about being home to receive them. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more detailed information on shipping timelines.
3. I entered the wrong mailing or email address. Can this be corrected?
If we catch the mistake before purchasing and printing your shipping label, we can update your address or offer a refund, allowing you to reorder with the correct details. However, once the order has been shipped, we cannot provide refunds. We strongly encourage double-checking your information at checkout.
4. I didn’t receive a shipping confirmation.
Feel free to contact us via email to confirm your order has been processed. Be sure to provide the correct email address at checkout to receive all relevant updates.
5. How can I order cookies for pickup?
We offer local pickups at our North Hollywood location during each cookie drop. Place your order via text at (747) 315-9808 to ensure your cookies are ready at the agreed-upon time. This allows us to bake and package your order fresh!
6. What is the shelf life of the cookies?
For the best experience, we recommend consuming the cookies within 3 days of receiving them. Check our website under Cookie Care for storage, reheating, and freezing instructions.
7. I have a nut allergy. Is it safe to order?
Our cookies are baked on the same pans as cookies containing macadamia nuts. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee a nut-free environment, so we do not recommend ordering if you have a tree nut allergy.
8. My cookies have been in transit for more than 4 days. How can I resolve this?
We use USPS 2-3 day shipping, but if your cookies have been in transit for more than 4 days, please contact us at badashbakes@gmail.com or visit our Contact Us page.
9. When do cookie sales occur? I keep missing the drops/announcements.
Currently, we hold cookie sales once a month. To stay informed, join our email list or follow us on Instagram @badashbakes_. Our next sale date is always listed in our IG bio.
10. I have a quality issue with my order.
We strive to ship our perishable products with care, but transit conditions can sometimes cause issues beyond our control. We apologize for any inconvenience. Please contact us at badashbakes@gmail.com or through our Contact Us page, and we’ll do our best to assist you.
